POLICIES & PROCESSES
As with all holidays, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance
We have now re-opened, and following the government guidelines we have put in place processes to assist with social distancing and help control the spread of coronavirus.
However, please do not travel if you or anyone in your party are showing any of the common symptoms of Coronavirus.
Below is a summary of what we are doing/expecting, but our main objective is to keep you, our guests, and us safe.
A brief summary of the assessment includes the updated processes below
Adhering to the 1 metre + social distancing in all areas of the guesthouse, giving way at any pinch points ie stairs and landings.
Washing or sanitizing of hands at regular intervals
High touch public areas being cleaned more frequently
A change in how we provide breakfast, this will now be by pre-ordering the day before, and being served at a time slot chosen by the guest (which MUST be adhered to) to keep the number of guests using the dining room to a minimum
Room servicing will only be carried out on rooms where a booking is in excess of 2 days, and then every other day. Guests will be required to temporarily vacate their room to allow access. For all stays, a tea tray will be provided in rooms and replenished on request.
Adding to our existing policies, we will be asking ALL guests, to use the sanitizing gel dispenser placed in reception on arrival, and each time a guest returns to our guest house, failure to do so could result in being asked to leave, to protect all our other guests.
For those who have booked to include breakfast, we have installed a sanitizing gel dispenser on entry to the dining room.
When rooms are vacated at the end of each stay, the room will remain empty for a full 24hrs to allow a thorough clean, before the next guests arrive.
A link will be added in the coming days to provide a more detailed document of how we intend to ensure you have peace of mind during your stay with us.
This will be kept updated inline with any changes the government advises
Details of all these measures will be advised on arrival, as well as on the notice board in reception
